2013 Women's Golf Fall Schedule
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern men's and women's golf teams have released their fall schedules, highlighted by the annual Guy Harvey Invitational hosted by each squad.
The men's team is the first to tee off, with the Brickyard Championship beginning next Monday, Sept. 16 in Indianapolis. The two-day event will take place at the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course, and is the first of four men's events this fall.
The opener for the women begins the following Friday, Sept. 20: the Lady Paladin Invitational, hosted by Furman University at their course in Greenville, S.C. This three-day tournament is the first of four tournaments for the women as well.
The men will have one more event before their hosted tournament, on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, as they travel to Three Rivers, Ore., for. the Golfweek Division II Fall at the Crosswater Golf Course.
Both teams then have their only home event, at the PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. The ninth annual Guy Harvey Invitational takes place Oct. 7-8. The women are five-time defending champions of their own tournament, while the men brought home their first team win at the event last season.
The women are next in action in Buie Hills, N.C., for the Fighting Camel Classic, Oct. 21-22. Both teams then end the fall portion of their schedule the next week, Oct. 28-29: the men at the McDonough Cup in Orlando, Fla., and the women nearly 5,000 miles away, in the Dennis Rose Invitational in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
