FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern University men's cross country runner Wade White (So., Bangor, Pa.) has earned All-Sunshine State Conference honors, as announced by the conference office Wednesday.
White was a consistent force for the Sharks this year, helping the team place third at the Sunshine State Conference Championship and stay in contention for a selection to the NCAA National Championship meet. This season, White has raced six times and has finished in the top 10 three times.
The sophomore had his best 8K time at the 2014 SSC Championship, where he finished in 26:14. That time ranks 15
th in the program's history.
White and the Sharks travel to Huntsville, Alabama this Saturday for the NCAA South Region Championship.
