Biography

AS A SENIOR (2014-2015)
Fall 2014:
Had her best showing of the fall in the finale. the Fighting Camel Fall Classic…Was 13th overall, and third among region competitors, as she shot a 229 (76-77-76).

Spring 2015:
Was medalist at the Armstrong Pirate Women's Invite, topping the field of 84 (69-74)…Two events later, tied for fourth at the Otter Invitational (76-75)…Was the team's second-highest finisher at the DII National Championships, in 31st (80-78-76-79).

AS A JUNIOR (2013-2014)

Fall 2013: Achieved her first of six top-10 finishes at the NSU-hosted Guy Harvey Invitational, tying for 10th of 90 golfers competing (79-72—151)...Was the medalist at fall's final event in Hilo, Hawaii, topping a 48-player field at the Dennis Rose Invitational (70-74-77—221)...The opening-round even-par 70 was her lowest round of the year, and the 221 total was her best three-round score.

Spring 2014: Named as a WGCA Second Team All-American and Second Team All-SSC (her third consecutive national and conference honor), while finishing as the 17th-ranked player in all of DII...Began the spring season with another top-10 result, tying for 7th at the Lady Moc Golf Classic (71-81-70—222)...The closing 70 was 2-under par at the Grasslands Golf and Country Club, matching her best round of the season...Strung together three straight events in which she finished seventh or better: Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational (seventh, 74-77-78—229); Lady Bucs Invitational (tied for sixth, 72-77-76—225) and Hoya Women's Invitational (tied for sixth, 78-75—153)...Was 13th at the SSC Championships (78-74-76—228) and was the team's top finisher at the Super Regionals, tying for 24th (77-79-75—231),,,Led the Sharks with a 76.2 scoring average...With her six top-10 finishes, now has 27 such results in 37 career tournaments at NSU.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-2013)
Fall 2012: Started the season with three top-three finishes in four fall tournaments…Earned medalist honors in the team's victory at the Yale Fall Invitational (73-67-67—207), carding her lowest single round of the season with a two 5-under 67's…Captured third place overall in her team's victory at the Guy Harvey Invitational…Took 14th place at the Saint Leo Invitational (78-74—152), in another team win…Finished off the fall with her a runner-up finish at the Lady Paladin Invitational (73-73-75—221).

Spring 2013: Finished the season nationally ranked No. 4, and was a 2013 WGCA Division II All-America first-team selection…Also chosen as a 2013 All-Sunshine State Conference first-team selection…Had top-10 finishes in all seven tournaments in the spring…Took 10th in the team's victory at the Lady Moc Classic (76-80-69—225)…Helped lead the team to victory at the Peggy Kirk Bell Invitational, capturing second place (74-72-76—222)…Was also runner-up in the team's victory at the Bison invitational in Las Vegas (74-73—147)…Finished fifth at the Hoya Invitational (84-77-77—238)…Took sixth place at the Florida Blue SSC Championship (78-76-73—227)…Maintatined her top-10 streak with an eighth-place finish at the NCAA Division II Super Regional (73-78-76—227)…Finished in third place overall at the NCAA Division II National Championships (67-75-75-77—294) in the team's runner-up finish.

Amateur Career: Qualified for the 2012 U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship, among a record 1,123 entries that the USGA received for this year’s U.S. Women’s Amateur…The U.S. Women’s Amateur is one of the United States Golf Association’s original three championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011-2012)
Fall 2011: In her first collegiate tournament, placed fourth (74-72-76—222) at the Yale Intercollegiate…Finished tied for sixth (76-77—153) at the Lady Falcon Invitational…Captured her first collegiate win at the NSU Shark Invitational with a two-round score of 142 (73-69), leading NSU to the team victory…Wrapped up the fall season with her fourth top-10 finish, placing seventh (80-76-75—231) at the Lady Paladin Invitational.

Spring 2012: Named a WGCA First-Team All-America Selection, was selected as the SSC Freshman of the Year and was an All-SSC first-team member…Tied for 10th (79-75-74—228) at the Lady Moc Classic…Claimed second (75-75-74—224) at the Peggy Kirk Invitational, a tournament NSU won as a team…Finished the John Kirk/Panther Invitational in 31st place (76-80-76—232)…At the Georgetown Hoya Invitational, her second round score of 72 was the lowest of any competitor, leading to a fourth-place finish (79-72-76—227)…Runner-up (80-79-72—231) at the SSC Championship to teammate Liliana Cammisa…Placed 12th (77-74-77—228) at the NCAA Super Regional II…Finished tied for third (73-72-79-77—301) at the NCAA Championships, contributing to NSU’s fourth consecutive national title.

Attended Bachillerato Internacional Jefferson HS…In 2009 & 2010 she was named the best Mexican amateur at the LPGA Tres Marias Championship.
