Iusem enters his second season as the Sharks Women's Soccer graduate assistant coach in 2026-27.
During his first season, Iusem helped lead Nova Southeastern to an undefeated regular season culimating in a Sunshine State Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championship. The Sharks finished the year 16-1-4 making it to the NCAA Round of 16 after at one point being ranked No. 7 nationally across Division II.
His coaching staff alongside Amy Vaughn was named the South Region Coaching Staff of the Year. Iusem worked closest with the NSU forwards that led to a program record 59 goals (2.81 GPG).
Prior to moving to the technical area, Iusem competed with Marshall and Palm Beach Atlantic. He was a part of three Sun Belt Conference Championships with the Thundering Herd culminating in the No. 1 overall seed at the NCAA Tournament in 2023. Iusem concluded his playing career in West Palm Beach competing for the Sailfish in his senior season.
