FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern athletic department has placed 54 student-athletes on the 2013 Sunshine State Conference Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll, as announced by the conference office Thursday.
This is also the third straight year in which NSU has increased its number of athletes on the list. The honoree list is another example of NSU's excellent academic standard, pairing with the recent
NCAA ASR announcement.
To be eligible, a student-athlete must post a minimum grade point average of 3.20 on a scale of 4.00. Participants in the sports of men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer and volleyball were eligible for the honor roll.
